Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free from stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear.
Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
Items returned without their original tags attached may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Clearance Items
Items purchased from our Clearance Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter through a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
