Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will do our best to keep customers informed.
Shipping
We use a range of trusted delivery carriers depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Our most commonly used carriers are Royal Mail and InPost, although other shipping providers may be used when necessary.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, and peak seasonal demand.
Delayed Orders
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, occasional delays can occur. We kindly ask customers to allow up to 30 days from the dispatch date for their order to arrive before it is considered lost in transit.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and details. We will investigate the issue with the relevant shipping carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
